It has been the forte of the founding partners’ of Florus, and it encompasses the following sub-services: –
- White paper on prospective projects depending upon the resource availability and demand in the prospective countries.
- Technical discussion in collaboration with our strategic alliance partner
- Coordinating with investors/promoters and the strategic alliance partners in signing the memorandum of agreement.
- Assistance in the preparation of detailed project report (DPR)/Techno-Economic Feasibility Report (TEFR)
- Reviewing, amending, and negotiating contracts with the strategic alliance partners on behalf of prospective client.
- Assisting the prospective client in identifying and selecting qualified sub-contractor in executing and delivering the projects on time and on budget.
