One of the most important fundamental human rights of the global citizen is access to health protection. Yet there is a global shortage and unequal distribution of healthcare facilities in major underdeveloped and even in some developing nations. Provision and access to improved health care is not only an ethical necessity but also a critical component of a sustainable development program of emerging or yet-to-be-emerging economies.
